Restaurant of the month

Laurent

A Parisian institution with stainless-steel charm, Laurent was first, in turn, Louis XIV's favorite hunting lodge, then a guinguette, then a café du Cirque, before becoming this gastronomic table well known to fine gourmets. Taken over by the Laurent de Gourcuff tandem (behind the Paris Society group.

The menu features the great classics of French cuisine: soft brioche with Golden caviar, lobster salad, langoustines with basil leaf, sole meunière with buckwheat butter... But also a fine array of home-made pastries. All accompanied by a fine wine list teeming with great Bordeaux wines, nuggets of Burgundy and hand-picked champagnes.
