In the cozy setting of the Narcisse Blanc Hôtel & Spa, he presents a contemporary, accessible, and generous cuisine, centered on plant-based ingredients, seafood, and precise flavors.

The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM (12:30 PM on weekends) and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Le Bar
Guests will be immersed in a Belle Epoque spirit, elegant, confidential but also a touch canaille. Witness the judicious choice of its name, Léopold, borrowed from the King of the Belgians whose alleged affair with Cléo de Mérode caused a scandal at the end of the 19th century.
Bar Léopold is open from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. from Wednesday to Sunday, and is open to outside customers.
Le Petit déjeuner
Le Narcisse Blanc Hôtel & Spa makes it a point of honor to offer a gourmet breakfast, complete and tasty, that will delight the taste buds of young and old alike!
Breakfast is served in the Cléo restaurant from 7:00 am to 10:30 am, but also at the foot of the bed!
Lunch & dinner
Designed to reflect the chef’s vision, Cléo’s menu strikes a balance between land, sea, and plant-based ingredients.
At lunch, the menu is concise, straightforward, and seasonal.
In the evening, it unfolds into five- or seven-course tasting menus, with a vegetarian option. Artichoke with kombu, line-caught cod, Garat poultry, squash, citrus, seaweed, or chocolate with olive oil come together in a precise, lively, and indulgent symphony, guided by the clarity of flavors, the artistry of the sauces, and the emotional depth of the ingredients.
